Help for company and project database

After you have logged in there is a menu on the top of your page with
the following buttons: "Log out", "Back",
"Forward" and "Startpage". These buttons do the
obvious things. (If you have disabled javascript the last three buttons
doesn't work.) You may of course use the back and forward buttons of your browser
in stead. Finally, you can always get to the startpage page and help page
from the left menu.
If you need to correct a typo in one of the forms, you just go back and
edit the data. You may go back multiple steps without loosing data. If you
need to start all over again, go to the start page.
Searching
All data is entered in form fields. If you need to list everything,
just leave the fields empty. (The entered search term will be matched
against any part of the database entry.) Form fields without labels are
for names.
Username and password
Usernames are given to all companies that are customers of GexCon.
There will be only one username for each company (independent of the
number of projects). The password will be sent by SMS or (ordinary)
mail to the customer when the first project is completed.
The login (session) lasts for 30 minutes or until the browser is shut
down. Hence it is not necessary to login more than one time (for each 30 minute
period). It is of course possible to log out manually as well.
