Account & Password
When you placed your first course registration via Gexcon Course Registration Systems, you can create the accout during the checkout process.
When you return to Gexcon Course Registration Systems, you will generally be asked for your login information at the beginning of the checkout process. Once you enter your username and password, our system will recognize you, and you will be able to view and/or correct your personal data directly, which will speed up your register process.
Gexcon accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs.
We accept :
’The simplest, most EASY way to pay and get an instant confirmation. Safe and secure card payments by NETS / BBS Netaxept.
Credit card payments using Visa and MasterCard (Accept Only USD, EUR, NOK)
‘Bank Transfer - Offline Payment’ requires an extra 5-7 business days for payment.
Your registration will be confirmed after the payment has been made and verified by sending us the proof of payment (bank slip or print-out of your e-banking transfer with the bank stamp)
indicating your name, last name and order ID to the Gexcon Registration Billing Email. The emaill address and more info will be provided in the final step and in an email confirmation.
‘Invoice’ The additional administration fee EUR 100 is subjected to charge for this payment method. The invoice will be issued and sent to your billing address.
As soon as you have completed the register process the confirmation page appears. This page shows all of your registration details, including the booking number, so you can access your confirmation online at ‘My Purchase History’. We also send you a confirmation email.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation from our customer service team immediately after placing your registration.
If you selected the credit card payment type during the order process, your registration will be confirmed immediately or within 48 hours in the case of delivery via e-mail.
If you selected a bank wire transfer payment type, you will receive detailed information with your order confirmation on how to make your payment in the final step of payment process.
Yes, it’s easy. You can cancel or change your reservation via contact email which is provided in the confirmation mail.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation of a confirmed booking will incur a cancellation charge:
- The registration is binding. An administrative fee of EUR 250 will be charged for any cancellations prior to 14 days before the start date of the course.
- Cancellations after 14 days before the start date will require the full course fees to be paid.
- All cancelation must be given in writing.
- We reserve the right to cancel a course up to two weeks prior to the course start date.
- This terms and conditions are considered consider to be a legal binding contract between the participants name and Gexcon AS.
Account & Password
You can change the email address you use on Gexcon by going to your My Account > Email Settings, where you can make any needed adjustments in the Email Address field. After you make the change, just remember to click the Update button at the bottom of the page and you'll be all set!
You can change your password by going to your My Account > Username and Password. In order to change your password to a new password, you'll need to know your current password.
If you forgot your password and cannot log in to your account, click on this “Forgot password?” link, also found at the login page. Then submit your email to request the link to set up new password.
Note : If you do not receive mail please check in junk mail box/folder. To ensure proper delivery of our email, please set our mail to your address book, trusted sender list or company white list.
