Senior CFD programmer, Fire modelling
GexCon seeks a senior CFD programmer with first-hand experience from applied CFD modelling. The applicant should possess intimate knowledge of the physics, applied mathematics, and numerical methods applicable to CFD modelling, including computer programming in Fortran and C/C++ on the operating systems Linux and/or Windows.
GexCon intend to implement new models into the FLACS code to enable fire simulations
Modelling experience with fires or other reactive turbulent flows is therefore advantageous. It is also favourable with experience within programming of user interfaces, parallelisation and optimization of numerical solvers in CFD codes.
