How to purchase FLACS

FLACS is available under a perpetual license or you may lease FLACS on long or short term. If you decide to acquire a perpetual FLACS license after a lease period, part of what you have paid for leasing will be given as discount towards the perpetual license cost. In addition there are different options:

• FLACS full functionality or reduced functionality (e.g. only dispersion, explosion or hydrogen)
• Multi-user and multi-site discounts

License types

International Consulting License allows unrestricted use with regard to type of client and geographic area. This will be the typical choice for international consulting companies.

Domestic Consulting License is geographically limited to one country. Consulting companies with a domestic focus will be the typical client.

Company Internal License allows use for facilities of one company only. R&D or risk departments of large organizations, as well as test organizations will be the typical client.

R&D License is intended for studies by governmental non-profit organizations, limitations in use.

Academic License shall only be applied for non-profit educational purposes at Universities, limitations apply. Please send your application with a description of your institution, and the intended purpose for acquiring FLACS. A training course is mandatory and costs for this are additional.
