  • Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control and business improvement processes
  • Supervise quality ambassadors located within each of our global business units and provide guidance and feedback
  • Oversee all service and product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
  • Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
  • Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met and identify how we can provide an improved value proposition
  • Submit detailed reports to the CEO / global management team
  • Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
  • Work in cooperation with our balanced scorecard system and collaboratively implement initiatives to improve our perspective level KPI’s.
  • Control the day-to-day operations including auditing, meetings, training and updating documents and records for all aspects of the system

 

  • Proven experience as a quality manager
  • Be familiar and able to work with web-based QMS / KPI systems
  • Should be familiar with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard, OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Management, ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management
  • Be comfortable developing the Company’s QHSE systems and encouraging a culture of excellence and compliance
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
  • Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
  • Background working in a similar fast-paced software product development/consultancy environment
  • Good academic background, ideally with a BSc/ Bachelor in business administration or relevant field
  • Project management qualifications desirable, but not required
