This course is an introduction to the theory and applications of Shell FRED 2022. It will cover all the existing consequence modelling scenarios within the software, including source term modelling, pool formation, gas dispersion, jet and pool fires, impinging fires, vessel burst smoke ingress in buildings/temporary refuge, and explosion scenarios in congested and/or confined areas.
In this webinar, our expert will guide you through the key considerations necessary when modeling the consequence of hydrogen hazard associated with various applications, including its production, storage, and distribution at refueling stations.

This course is aimed at introducing the principles of consequence modelling and EFFECTS user interface and giving an overview of all the models available within the software: release, pool evaporation, fire, explosion, dispersion, damage, and combined models.
Learn how to perform safety studies more efficiently using EFFECTS consequence analysis software and RISKCURVES QRA tool.
